Elena Liquete
Elena has extensive experience of HE gained in the UK and internationally, having been responsible for marketing, recruitment and admissions, programme design and management, international modules and personal and professional development. She has worked across a number of institutions including Cranfield School of Management, Henley Business School and the University of Bath School of Management in the UK as well as IESE Business School in Spain. She has worked closely with with senior managers in executive education programmes and post experience Master's as well as pre-experience Master's and undergraduates studying for a degree apprenticeship.
Elena has recently completed a DBA in HE Management at the University of Bath. Her doctoral research explored what makes female and ethnic minority engineers leave engineering upon graduation, an important problem given the shortage of diverse talent in this particular industry.
Elena is also a qualified coach and experienced mentor.
